Inappropriate ads

  Hello, I fully understand the need for ads with the free account that I have, but my blog is a Christian-based blog, and ads that aren’t appropriate appear at the bottom of the screen. Again, I understand that ads are necessary but there are some that I’ve seen that aren’t. Is there something I can do about this or is there some way they could be filtered? Thank you for understanding.
