Inappropriate ads

    I´ve been experiencing the appearence of inappropriate ads on my educational blog about biology. The content of the blog includes topics such as reproduction among many others, which may or may not be linked to these ads appearing. The ads are of a sexual nature (e.g. increase your pleasure, etc.) but quite obviously inappropriate rather than educational. How can these types of ads be filtered out?
