Inappropriate posts – how do i STOP them?

Someone keeps posting posts about viagra to our site. PLEASE will someone answer either how to remove original administrator since it is under his name the posts are being made. Or tell me how to up-grade my site so that I can obtain on-line chat. Anything to sort this problem out. The site has been developed for over 5 years and serves a lot of people. At present I have to change visibility to private to stop anyone seeeing it. HELP!!!!

Are you referring to the site you’ve linked to (last post in Nov. 2016) or a different site?

It’s not possible to remove the original owner of the site unless they transfer ownership to another WordPressdotcom account. If you are still in contact with this person you can send them these instructions to transfer site ownership: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Once that has been done, that account can be removed from the site.

OK that has worked. Thank you.
Can I now start paying for the site so that I can get technical support? The members of my club are very word about this happening again. I need to assure them otherwise we will have to start from scratch with another site. Pressing the go premium button is not helpful since it assumes I want to create another site which I do not.
