  Hello there,

  Could you clarify what type of inbox you’re looking for? If you’re thinking about email inbox, WordPress.com doesn’t provide access to email here.

  If you’re coming from a self-hosted WordPress site and trying to get access to your mailbox at your hosting account, please contact your web hosting provider.

  Hi @hayleyprei,

  I would like to add more on this, WordPress.com doesn’t provide email inbox, but we do provide “Email Forwarding” service, where you get to create an email address using your custom domain and that emails will be forwarded to your regular email account.

  To avail the above service you need to have upgraded WordPress.com plan.
