Inbox Button is Missing

  Hi everyone ,
  My problem is that the inbox button that should be somewhere in the panel , is missing . The Inbox would take me to my professional email that I purchased from WP. Also the emails sent to my professional email are not received by the error of the ” 550 No Such User Here ”

  Is it the case that you recently migrated data for your site from another provide? I see recent activity in our logs that usually related to a migration of some kind. Are you able to deactivate the Hostgator plugin on the site? it is not needed now that you are on WordPress.com managed hosting, and may be affecting the appearance of your dashboard.
