Including content from another blog in my Categories

I created a blog post on “Career Coach Corner” (a WordPress blog). I want to link to it on “The Desk” (another WordPress blog) and note that it is Newsletter content, Career Tip.
I’ve also created content at DelphiForums that is also a career tip. I’d like to also put a link to that content in my Career Tips on The Desk.
How should I include posts from one location in the history? (I don’t think I’m using the correct terminology so I’m hoping you’re understanding what I’m trying to achieve.)

Thanks for the links. From what I understand you are looking to include links from careercoachcorner and Delphi forums on your thedesk site?
If that is correct you have a couple options:
1. Create a menu and include the links from the menu. WordPress has a guide here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/2. Include the links elsewhere on your blog such as on the side using a text widget or create a page and add the links to the page.

Actually, I already have categories in the right-hand menu bar. One of the categories that’s displayed is Career Tips. I want the entries from these other sites to be inserted into the Career Tips links.
One thought I had was to create a several-word post that includes a link to the post from the other site and include that several-word post in the proper category. But that’s two or three times the work. As I keyboard these words, perhaps that approach is much easier and not as tedious as it initially seemed to be.
I looked at the “menus” support page. It’s a bit like reading a book and I just have too much to do right now to go through the entire explanation – especially while I’m working on a substitute, malfunctioning laptop and need to reclaim the one that’s been in for data transfer.

Blog posts on other blogs cannot be included in your categories widget, not even if you reblog them.

Career Coach just notified me that I got a comment from The Desk.
