including .jpg files for downloading

  I would like to know how can I include file for people to download it. I´have done it but when you click the link the file got opened in another window instead of downloading. my blog is wordpress. anamedranob

  Hello there!

  The best way to give folks access to a jpeg is to link it to an Attachment Page, and then give download instructions there.

  Here’s how.

  Opt for your image to link to an Attachment Page, and add instructions for download in the Description box. Insert the image in your post or page:

  When your users click on the image, they will be take the the Attachment page with the download instructions:
