Including syndicated views in blog stats

Many of the followers of my blog are scientists, and they are very adept at using technology such as RSS feeds. For every post I write, about 3/4 of the total views are from syndicated RSS feeds, but that only shows up in the stats when I look at the stats for an individual post. Would it be possible to include these views in the stats for the whole blog? Thanks!

WP.com once had RSS stats but they pulled the feature and most likely will not add it back anytime soon you can use a 3rd party site that offers plain HTML for example site meter, or FeedBurner,
