Incognito Look Can Edit Blog on Site?

    Hello – When going incognito to check out functions on the blog portion of my wordpress.com site, why does it still give the option to ‘Edit’ under the title of my most recent blog? I thought the site wouldn’t recognize me and give me the options as if I was in Admin? Does that mean anyone can edit my blog site? Thanks for your help.
