Incoming Link not showing?

  Question:

  I know that another wordpress blog linked to mine — because I read it and saw my link. But nothing has shown up in my dashboard under Incoming Links. I know that it usually does, as I’ve had someone from blogspot link to me, and I get the notification.

  Is there something that I have to do, or that other wordpress bloggers need to do, in order for me to see the incoming link?? And conversely, I have linked to a few people — will they automatically see that in their dashboard??
