Incoming Links

    What are “incoming links” and how are they created / managed, as differentiated form out-going or blogroll links?
    In going over old / closed issues, I see that they can’t exactly be managed. However, I am curious to know how they are created, sans addition to someone’s blogroll, or by a direct link back to one of my own posts?

    An incoming link signifies another blogger has directly linked to one of your published posts.
