incoming links

  Hi,
  Today I found something on my stats page that said ‘incoming links’ and I clicked on the link to see where it came from. However, since doing this the ‘incoming links’ section has disappeared. In fact it has only ever appeared this one time. Is this normal? I would quite like to know if I have any incoming links so can I get it back?

  You can try checking at Technorati as one possible way to see incoming links. But that’s if Technorati is properly working today. lol

  I have noticed an incoming link on my blog. l checked it out and its a strange site.

  How l delete this link?

  You cannot delete incoming links.

  I too have an incoming link on my blog that I don’t particularly want.
  Is there absolutely NO WAY to delete this? It feeds to a site I do not want to be associated with…. There MUST be a way to get rid… no? Cheers, c

  There is NO way to remove incoming links from any site.

  Incoming links are only visible to you. If you don’t click on it, nobody else will, because they only show up on the Blog Stat page of the dashboard.

  I know how you feel. We all do. But we cannot prevent anyone from linking to our published posts.
