Incoming links from offensive sex sites

    I am new to blogging and not technically savy. I know how to write and post but that’s about it.
    There is an incoming link on my site that when I click on it, is a disgusting sex site especially for people with a fetish for rape. Not sure what interest they find in my blog, as there’s never been any reference to rape.
    Can someone tell me how to get rid of this link?
    Also, what can I do with people stealing my content and reposting to their sites then linking back. Should I care?

    Don’t click on the link. Eventually you will have other incoming links that will push it off the page.

    You can’t prevent people from linking to you any more than you can prevent them from pointing at you in the street. You CAN delete their trackbacks when they show up. As for people stealing your content, check the tag in the main forum for Copyright, blog scrapers, and also check http://stolen.wordpress.com
