Incoming Links not showing up

I am aware that another blog has linked to a psot I made, but the incoming link is not showing up on my dashboard

Yes, incoming links are glitchy. They come through Google Blogsearch, so make sure you’re registered with them. I have one blog where things don’t usually show up for several days, and not all of them do.
You can also check for links on Technorati.com, although it’s even glitchier than Google. Still, it may turn up things.
I believe links show up quicker if people click on them, so go and click on the link a few times just to “encourage” it.

@rain-On Blogsearch’s page it says that if your blog has a feed and automatically pings an updating service, it’ll be in Blogsearch.

Yes, but it’s one of those things that doesn’t work QUITE as smoothly as it should. Sometimes it’s great, but on some blogs it doesn’t pick you up for quite awhile. Can’t hurt to click through things.
