Incompatibility with Front Page

I attempted to install WP on my webpage that was created with FrontPage 2000. I got a message in bold red print saying that WP was not compatible with sites made with this program. I’m working on another site that I am creating with Web Easy 8 Pro, willI have an incompatibility with this program also?
