incompatible plugins

This year, everytime I tried login in to wp-admin/dashboard, I was not able to. Only until I deactivate all plugins via backend through site hosting company. It looks like some or one plugin is incompatible with my wordpress site. I have been unable to find which of the plugins are causing this issues. AND second time all the plugins where deactivated all my images disappeared. Please help in resolving this issue. I am stuck on this for a longtime now…

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
