Incompatible Theme Purchased from WordPress/Mojo Marketplace

    Hello,

    I purchased a theme in the marketplace titled ‘Britonic’, and the coder of this theme has not kept it up to date with current WordPress specs. I am unable to edit in word press any of the elements that come with the theme, I can only delete the incompatible blocks. As a result have basically purchased a $50 font?

    The developer is not responding to my inquiries either for support which is making matters worse. Is there any way I can get a refund? It seems odd a theme would be kept on the marketplace despite not being compatible with WordPress.
