Incomplete Dashboard

  Hello! I had a WordPress site shared with me and my dashboard is incomplete. Appearence, Plugins, Users, Tools and Settings do not show up on it. I have started my own site, and they do show up on that one. Does anyone know how to fix an incomplete dashboard?

  It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.

  Sorry, I have just verified and when I log into my profile, and then my website, it says “log in with WordPress.com” not .org… Sorry for the confusion! Would it help if I link my website?

  The site smartemis.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost.com, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  You do not have any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on my end, which you can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/sites/

  You can confirm here that Bluehost is the “hosting provider” for your smartemis.com site by looking at the name server settings here: https://gwhois.org/smartemis.com+dns

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
