Incomplete import from another blog

  Hello – Today I tried to import the file from my former blog to http://andrewcareaga.wordpress.com but the import process did not complete. I only have archived posts from 2005 (when the blog began) to October 2006. None of the other posts were imported, although comments to more recent posts were imported. Also, my blogroll was not imported. Can anyone help? Thank you.

  Forgot to mention that I tried to re-import and nothing changed, unless the other import was overwritten. Both times, I received an email notifying me that the import was successful. But it was incomplete.

  Hi there,

  I looked at your site and didn’t find any apparent reason the import would fail. Can you please email us at help@wordpress.com with details of your site and the export file you tried to import from? My guess is that an improperly formatted export file is at play here, but I can’t confirm without seeing it :)

  I believe that email address for Staff is this one, without the spaces required to display it here support @ wordpress.com
