Incomplete refund

    Hi, I canceled my site the same day and I was not refunded the full amount. I was charged $51 but was only refunded $33. Can you please process the refund for the remaining $18? Thanks.

    I’m not exactly sure what happened there. But I have processed the rest of that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
