Incomplete refund for bundle – need help

I recently purchased a WordPress $99 bundle for a new blog and decided it wasn’t right for me. I followed the instructions here and canceled the whole thing, but the confirmation email I received said I would receive a “full” refund of $79 and not the $99 I paid. I’m well within the 48 hour window for canceling a domain name and getting the money back, so I don’t understand why $20 is missing from my refund.

Are you clear on the fact that if your cancel the domain URL there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase it again?

Sorry about that! I see you purchased your domain driveallnight.org separately from the WordPress.com Premium plan. I just sent you a refund for the remaining $20 of that Premium plan.
