Incomplete table of contents in support page

The sidebar table of contents for the “Categories” support page lists only three sections on the first page. Someone checking for a specific topic or section title might quickly decide that what they are looking for isn’t covered in this document. However, if one scrolls down to the bottom and clicks on the page 2 link then the table of contents shows four other sections of the two page support “page.” Only clicking on the “View All” link (at the bottom of the page) will display links to all seven sections in the table of contents.

This setup can obviously be rather confusing. Many visitors to the page will never see the “View All” option at the bottom of the page, or even suspect that such an option might be available. Why not show links to all seven sections in the table of contents regardless of the page one is on? Alternatively, you could display the present two tables of contents, but display both of them on each page, one underneath the other. You might label them “Table of contents, page 1 of 2” and “Table of contents, page 2 of 2.”
