Inconsistent email delivery

    We have club members pay their annual subscription through our site. We use WooCommerce PayPal Payments to process the transactions. We have the settings configured so our club treasurer gets an email from our site each time an order is submitted. The treasurer is reporting that she is not receiving all the transaction emails. I thought initially, it was because her email address matches that of the “From:” field, but I would think if it was going to block delivery because the sender and recipient email addresses matched, it would block all of the messages, not just randomly skip some. Do you have any suggestions for what we can look at in trying to figure out why not all email messages are being delivered to her? Her email account is a gmail account (branded with our domain). She has checked her spam folder for messages and has done searches for the transaction number that typically appears in the subject line and the messages do not appear in the search. We’re not sure what else to look for. Thanks for any suggestions you have.
