Inconsistent operation

  parent/child nesting
  Parent tab for RsforRS/Calendar of events works as it should.
  Parent tab for RSD Candidate Profile doesn’t. Mouse over tab produces both candidates the first time. However, after opening a candidate page and then rolling over RSDCandidate tab once again the drop down doesn’t show both candidates once again.
