  Can some one tell me how I can insert the WordPress blog into my website?

  Free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM cannot be embedded into websites. Fre standing wordpress installs from gttp://wordpress.ORG can be embdeed into websites.

  Every wordpress blog has an RSS feed for comments and for posts (entries). This is the URL for the feed for your wordpress.COM blog’s posts (entries):
  http://probatelawyers.wordpress.com/feed/
  This is the URL for the feed for your wordpress.COM blog’s comments:
  http://probatelawyers.wordpress.com/comments/feed/

  We do not provide support for installing the capacity on your website to draw the RSS feed from your blog. If the w bsite is not equiped to draw the RSS feed then on your webiste you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:

  http://www.blastcasta.com/add-news-to-your-website.aspx
  http://www.webpronews.com/expertarticles/2006/10/09/rss-feeds-adding-a-feed-to-a-website-using-php
