Incorrect auth code – Domain transfer

  Hi all,

  i have a problem transfering my domain. WordPress sent me the Authorization Info/password via email, but allinkl.de (my new web hoster) tells me, that this code is false. I don’t know what to do, because everytime I push the button for a new auth code, I get the exactly same one. Where can I get a new auth code for my domain transer? That actually works? I hope someone can help me.
