  I was incorrectly billed. How can I get billing support?

  What are the specifics please?

  Unfortunately, you failed to provide any details. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  What is the username account and the site URL does this relate to?

  I would be happy to assist! However, I do not see any recent history of you being billed under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another account? What exactly where you billed for and for how much?

  I do not know which url I was charged for. (Visa Check WPCHRG.COM WPCHRG.COM W 8772733049 CA 12/24/16 Card 4677)

  I was charged $29 on 12-25 for full Jetpack service and $20 more for Akismet for four sites: Joseph Liberti.com, FluteDaddy.com, TAOJ.org and EQat Work.com. I cancelled all but the four Akismet accounts in early December and yet I was charged the $29 again on 12-25. Thanks for your help.

  The Akismet department should be able to assist you in regards to the incorrect billing: https://akismet.com/contact/ and type in billing, fill out the form that appears at the bottom, and mention to the Akismet staff what you mentioned in this thread,
