Incorrect Billing

    Hi,

    I have had a cancelled account for some time now and this week I was charged 408.00 NZD. Could I please request a refund. I had reached out through WP chat but with no response. Transaction ID WORD PRESS [redacted].

  • The WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner of any WordPress.com upgrades. In a situation like this, that typically means you ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point and THAT account is the one that owns the upgrade that you’d like to have refunded. You’ll need to log into it and go here to request a refund:
