  I have cancelled my plan but was billed on the 16th of May all the same. I don’t recognize this billing. Please advise

  Yes. I have moved to Six because I was unable to edit the site after the changes to the editor. Not very good with that, to tell you the truth.

  I will check the link you have provided me with. Unfortunately the billing was made by WordPress.
