  36 dollars was withdrawn from my account instead if 18 dollars please I need an answer to that

  Hi, I just went to my blog & the site was down through WP asking for “mapping renewal charges” at $13.00. I was charged thrice by “WPCHRG.COM”– in December! Please advise how I can resolve this? My blog domain is: ModernLALiving.com

  To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

  Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
