Incorrect charge

I was charged for a renewal for WP premium and have closed all my accounts through GoDaddy. I want to cancel this WP premium charge.

There aren’t any charges or history of any upgrades connected to the user account that is in use here in the thread.
Can you locate the email notification receipt that we sent?

We do not have an email from WP. We received notice from American Express that Automattic Inc. charged our credit card $99.00 on July 26th. I can send a screen shot of the notice from AmEx, but I don’t want to do so on this forum. Can you send me an email address to communicate with you.

That does sound like the transaction is from us. It’s very likely you signed up for our Premium Plan previously on another account and it was set to auto-renew.
Can you fill out the payment form to contact our payments team to get it sorted:
You can list any transaction ID or additional details in that form to help us track down the transaction.
