Incorrect Charge on Credit Card

I have an incorrect charge to my credit card from WordPress for $99. I have a WordPress Account through a hosting service. All of those accounts have not been invoiced. I want to speak with a WordPress Rep and get this charge removed from my credit card. How can I talk on the phone with someone?

The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a card on file for you which we could charge.
If you’ve received a charge from us, it’s for a WordPress.com site in a different account. Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts or sites?
If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
Please tag billing related questions for staff as we ask in our volunteer guidelines. Just because the site indicated in someone’s post is self-hosted, it does not mean the issue is related to that site.
Additionally, referring someone to the WordPress.org forums in a case like this is not helpful at all. Those forums only provide support for the open source WordPress software, and they have no ability to help with any billing issues, regardless where someone’s site is hosted.
