  We have not used this site… ever. We need to be reimbursed for these charges. This account was created by mistake. Please help! Thank you!

  Do you know the URL of the website that the charges were applied to?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
