How do I change the email address on an account that I can’t access because I can’t reply to the activation email?The blog I need help with is fnord2014.wordpress.com.

Please post both the incorrect and the correct email address into this thread. The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Notify box is checked and thread is favorited. Link to left is for “unsubscribe”. -
You can change your account email address from here:
https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
Please note that the change won’t take effect immediately as you will receive a validation email at the new email address. Make sure to click the link in the validation email to confirm the email address change.
