Incorrect (expired) CC charged

    The incorrect card/account was charged for hosting renewal, but correct card used for domain renewal.

    The card charged was expired. The correct card had been selected. It was used for domain renewal, but not the hosting renewal which needs to be corrected, please.

    Need a refund on the incorrect card and the charge moved to the correct card.

    Hi there!

    I can refund the Business plan renewal and adjust the expiry date back to 2024 so that you can renew it using the desired card. Before I do that, I wanted to clarify that the refund would go to the same card that was charged.

    I’m not fully sure what you meant by incorrect card because we were able to successfully charge the card based on your previous auto-renewal settings (meaning this card was set up for the Business plan’s auto-renewal). But if you’re okay with the refund going back to the same card that was charged, please let me know.

    The card that was charged for Domain Renewal on 8/23 was charged to the correct card – 3228

    The Business plan renewal on the same day went on the 3539 card, which is expired. A refund to the 3539 card is exactly what I need.

    If that Business Plan renewal charge from the 3539 card moves to the 3228 card, it will be fixed on my end.

    Please click here and click the Renew now button to renew the Business plan with the desired card.
