Incorrect Facebook favicon still being used

Some time ago I uploaded a gravatar, and within a day or so it had appeared everywhere I used it. Then last week, I changed it again. It appears to have changed on my blog and dashboard etc, but the old one is showing when I post a link to the page on Facebook (along with a random picture from one of my posts). It’s been a few days now, did I miss something when I changed it? Is there a way of deleting the old one entirely?

Unfortunately, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
