Incorrect featured images

Hi. I uploaded a picture to use as a featured image, but when I went to preview it before publishing, it showed a different featured image, one I used on a different post a while ago. It only seems to have this problem on one of the devices I use (an ipad pro), but not any other devices I use, like my phone or computer. Even with account syncing across devices, it won’t show the correct featured image on the ipad, regardless of whether it’s correct on the other devices.
I was able to get the correct featured image to show on my computer, so I published it. If I go to my website on my computer or phone, it’s perfectly fine. But if I go to the website on my ipad, it still shows that same, incorrect featured image. Is there a way to fix this? This has happened on other posts of mine as well.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
