Incorrect Image In Share Buttons

    Advice please.
    Recently when I’ve tried to load an image to Pinterest from my published post it would only pickup an image that was in my sidebar. Today when I went to share a post from a published post to FB it would only show the image that was on the sidebar and not from the post. I deleted the sidebar image from the widgets area however when I went to share the post to FB it still came up with the image that was on the sidebar.
