Incorrect Login Information with WordPress Account

    Hello,
    I am trying to login into my WordPress account associated with my website chruchofnewwine.org. You are able to see if you go to the site, click the about us tab, and click on the human figure icon to login to an account that previous information is not working anymore ([redacted by staff]). I know i used to edit my content on wordpress.com but since changing hosting services it seems as if my account is disabled but my website is still there with outdated content i need to update. Could you please help me clarify what I need to do or how to reset my password (that hasn’t been working neither)?

    Please do not share personal information like email addresses and account passwords. I’ve redacted those, but please change the password on that account as soon as you’re able to log in (Or if you’re using the same password elsewhere, please update them as soon as possible because the password you shared here was publicly visible for some time).

    As for logging in to the site, you may need to contact your hosting service provider for help. On this forum, we are able to help directly with logging in to WordPress.com sites. Your site uses the WordPress.org software and is hosted by bluearctic.com.
