Incorrect post link on newsletters

  Whenever I Publish a new post on my blog, my blog subscribers are sent an email with an excerpt of the post and a link. This link is wrong. Example

  I removed my subscribers and imported them again, even created an entirely new WordPress account and linked my blog to that using Jetpack, same problem. What could be the reason?
