Incorrect refund.

    Hello, I submitted a refund for my WordPress plan. On my original bill, the purchase price for ‘WordPress.com Personal’ was $60. However, I was only refunded $26. Please provide my credit card with the full refund.

    I can see that reflected on the account. The remainder is tied up in the domain registration. Do you have plans to use robbiniles.com again now, or in the future?

    Once we cancel that domain it can be impossible to regain ownership of it. I’m happy to process the cancelation and refund if you no longer have use for it. We just like to double check first. Write back to let me know.
