Incorrect Refund details

Hello, I am attempting to get a refund for a WordPress.com Premium Upgrade which was charged to my Paypal Account on 31st January 2014, When I choose the Cancel button in ‘My Upgrades’ I am get the following message: ‘While your upgrade was purchased too long ago for this product’s 30 day refund policy, canceling now will ensure that it won’t be automatically renewed in the future.’ Clearly I am well within the 30 day refund period so not sure what is going on. Can you arrange to refund me, please. The details are

I am also mystified as I had cancelled the payment with Paypal on 30th of January 2014.
