Incorrect Refund Please Help

  I got the domain and mapping first http://depobrearico.com then I got the rest of the bundle for 79 USD. It said I can have a full refund if I wantes to. After testing and playing with it, I found that it was not what I wanted and when I tried to cancel the second order it only refunded me 53 USD! it was discounting the domain, but I had already PAID for a domain…??

  Hi there!

  When there’s a bundle tied to a custom domain name, it won’t allow you to automatically request the full refund to avoid accidental deletion of your domain name.

  But, I see that the domain was paid for separately, so I’ve submitted a refund for the remaining $26 for the bundle return. Please note it may take a week for the credit to show up on your account.
