Incorrect renewal – refund please

    Hi, I just got debited a renewal fee for a website domain that I have requested be closed on several occasions. Please can I ask for this to be picked up by billing and the amount returned? Thank you

    I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

    Is this regarding the site developaplayer.com? If so, that domain is registered with GoDaddy, so you would need to contact them if they charged you for a renewal.
