Hi, I just got debited a renewal fee for a website domain that I have requested be closed on several occasions. Please can I ask for this to be picked up by billing and the amount returned? Thank you

Is this regarding the site
developaplayer.com? If so, that domain is registered with GoDaddy, so you would need to contact them if they charged you for a renewal.I hope that clarifies things!
