  Hi, I need to change a website I am working on (unifreshonline.wordpress.com)
  I need to change this website from my @jeffdaywesave account to my @unifreshprocessors account

  Sure! Please login as jeffdaywesave (the site owner) and follow these steps to transfer ownership of the site to your unifreshprocessors account:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  If you login as jeffdaywesave and reply here confirm you would the plan and domain mapping upgrade transferred to unifreshprocessors, we can take care of that afterwards :) It will also mean everything can be managed from one account.
