Incorrect zip code !

I am trying to renew my domain (myimjourney.me) but it keep telling me that (zip code is incorrect) !
1- We don’t have a zip codes in Qatar
2- There is no place to write a zip code in this process !Please help.

You can update your zip (postal) code for your billing information under Store > My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard here:
https://myimjourneydotme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Next to the domain there, you can click “Update Credit Card” to update your details. If you select “Qatar” from the country list, it will make the zip code section optional so you can leave it blank.

The transaction is being declined when we try to process your payment. (The billing information it uses is the same information you enter when you click the “Update Credit Card” link.) Can you please check with your credit card company to see if they are declining or blocking transactions from us?
Sometimes credit card companies block transactions like this to protect you from fraud, in which case you should be able to tell the company to allow the transaction to go through. In any case, your credit card company should have more details about why the transaction was declined.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.

I called them yesterday, they told me everything is fine and nothing is blocked! My domain expires today and I don’t know what I should do now!

I called the credit card company, and they told me it is rejected because you are trying to pay only one dollar !
I said: no, the amount is 25 dollars.
They said: it is one dollar only in the system, and this is under the minimum amount, that’s why you can’t do the payment.Can you please check and get back to me.

Hi Ahmed,
Before our system processes the renewal payment, it authorizes a smaller payment amount (to make sure your renewal payment can go through). That’s likely the smaller amount your credit card company is seeing. Can you ask them if it’s possible for them to allow that authorization amount so the actual payment can go through?

If you would like to update the credit card we have on file for you and enable auto renew, you can do so from the page linked above. Just click “Enable Auto Renew” on the right-hand side of the page.
