Incorrectly billed

    I was billed for an upgrade that I cancelled months ago. And why do you not have a phone number? This is insane.

    We currently don’t provide support over the phone, but I’m happy to help you out here.

    It looks like you were recently charged for a WordPress Premium bundle on ignatiusonmaui.wordpress.com including the domain ignatiusonmaui.com. Can you reply back to confirm you no longer want this upgrade?

    Just to be clear, when the domain is cancelled, it will be returned to the registrar and may be sold to someone else. If you would like, I can help you retain the domain, but not the Premium bundle.
