  refund my money immediately i need that to live. 99euro. this is not fair and your customer servbice so far has been idiotic robots with spamming auto responses which hold no reference at all to my case. Joke

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back on 7/3. So, the refund was released and we no longer have the funds. If it has not posted to your bank account yet, I would suggest calling your bank and see if they see any pending transactions under your account. They can sometimes see transactions that you can not see on your end.
