Incorrectly Charged for WooCommerce for over $400USD

I cancelled my entire website, and had confirmation with WordPress’s support team that my website was completely cancelled, that no more charges would come out of the account. I was so impressed by the service. But I’ve had yet another charge go on my card for over $400 USD. The WooCommerce/WooBookings by Automattic contact us platform is not responding, and I don’t know where else to go? Finding this incredibly stressful. Please help.

Hi @emmckenzieministry was this the general “Contact Us” form? For your WooCommerce items, are you both able to head to your WooCommerce.com accounts, and open requests from your Support sections? This should be the page to head to:

Hi @jongore219 Your WordPress.com account does not appear to have had any purchases associated with it – if the purchase was made using a different account/email address, please do log in on WooCommerce.com using that account in order to manage your purchase.
