Hi everyone. I’ve gotten this pop up a couple times and I was wondering about it. Can someone provide some feedback or is there any way to stop it from happening so often?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Some more details are appreciated, I don’t see any pop ups when I visit your site. What have you been doing when this message appears? Does this happen when you attempt to make a new post?

This time it popped up while I was going through reader. It’s basically “increase database size” something about WordPress needing mb space on your iPad. I didn’t screenshot the msg. This is what I can remember.

Hi there,
Are you using Safari?
All websites store an amount of data in your browser in what’s called Local Storage. Websites do this so they’ll work faster – when you load the site some info can be loaded directly from the browser instead of downloading it from the web.
On WordPress.com we use a bit more local storage than most websites, and while most browsers just lets that happen Safari is designed to ask you for permission. It’s safe to give that permission. It won’t break anything on your iPad and it’s not something you need to pay for. But WordPress.com won’t work properly in Safari if you don’t do that.
However, on an iPad I would suggest you try out our iOS app instead of using a browser in any case. The iOS app was recently overhauled specifically to work better on iPads:
